Julie Engelsman, founder of Beauty + Order Home Organization, found her true passion in home organizing after spending years working in university administration, college student development, and interior design. Her journey to start home organizing on a full-time basis was sparked by a friend's encouragement, which led her to realize her innate ability to transform spaces and to positively impact people’s lives were what she was most drawn to over the course of the last twenty years.  Growing up around estate auctions as a kid, Julie developed a deep understanding of the sentimentality of belongings, and the challenges that can come with some of life's most difficult transitions. Recognizing the profound impact of decluttering on mental health and physical well-being, Julie is driven by a passion for helping others build a life they're proud of, empowering them to create healthy homes and personal well-being through the transformative power of Beauty and Order.
